We’re looking for a self-motivated, driven and passionate individual to join our fab team here at P.X. Farms as a Farm Operator. You’ll be working on scale with precision and high tech machinery across three main units operating in Cambridgeshire and Lincolnshire. If you like your kit, we have a great range to help deliver the best results – a selection of our current kit includes:

  • CLAAS Lexion combine
  • Horsch Sprayer
  • Horsch Drill
  • Fendt 939

We offer an attractive salary, 30 days holiday including bank holidays, pension, work clothing and have a lovely three bedroom home available right opposite the farm with private parking and a garden, just four miles outside Cambridge. You’ll be based at Scotland Farm but be able to work across our three sites.

The farm is situated within easy reach of Cambridge by car or there is a local bus stop within walking distance. Cambridge is a fabulous city, whether you want to go shopping in the Grand Arcade, punting on the river or check out the selection of pubs and restaurants on offer. There are also several villages and towns locally with lovely family pubs, and a number of schools available, as well as a garage and shop, and two major supermarkets a short drive away. PA1 and PA2 advantageous but we do provide full training to ensure our team is up-to-date delivering the best quality service for our customers and owned farms.
