Newton Lodge is a great example of an abandoned gatehouse lost in time. Working with our farming client, we renovated this lovely cottage. After giving it a new lease of life, we were able to help secure additional income through holiday lets for our partner to help future-proof their farming business and use for agricultural accomodation.
